I hope that this finds you feeling well and that we’re all comfortably distancing ourselves from others, as we work together to flatten the curve of COVID-19. Here’s my weekly update on what is happening with OLSHF:
2020 Keep the Promise Campaign
Yesterday we debuted our KTP Salem video that illustrates the impact of our sight and hearing programs in Salem-Keizer and throughout the Mid-Willamette Valley. Here’s a link to the video:
We ask that you share all of our Keep the Promise videos on your social media platforms and that you copy and paste the link to the video into an email that you can send to friends, family, and any prospective donors that may see value in our work.
Even if someone doesn’t make a donation to support our annual operations through the KTP Campaign, we still raise awareness of our important sight and hearing programs, and we appreciate your willingness to shine a light in the work that we do.
New OLSHF Webinar Series Speaking of raising awareness, we begin our new OLSHF Webinar series this Thursday at 11 am with a presentation on the Lions Eyeglass Assistance Program (LEAP). This fast paced, informative webinar will be hosted by OLSHF Optical Director Kelly Asbra and Optical Manager Katie Torgerson.
The “Katie and Kelly Show” has been a big hit at Lions Conventions and they’ll do a great job of kicking off our new webinars.
These webinars are a great way for Lions and others to learn more about OLSHF and the work that we do and as a Trustee we ask that you do the following:
Please register and participate in the webinars – most will last about 45 minutes
Share the LEAP Webinar promo below with your Lions Club and all of the Lions Cubs that you are an Ambassador for
Post the LEAP Webinar promo on your social media platforms – Need Help? Let us know!
