+ Monetary Donations
The simplest way to get involved is to donate! 100% of donations go toward our programs, and if there is a specific program you would like your donation to support please include it in the memo line on the donation form below! Donations by check are also accepted and can be mailed to the address below:

+ In-kind Donations
We welcome donations of used prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses, hearing aids, and cell phones (ensure you're logged out of personal accounts first!) at any of the donation locations listed here. If you would like to donate other physical goods, certificates, gift cards, or other items for our annual gala's online or live auctions, please see our current gala event page to donate an auction item!
+ Volunteering Time
Give the gift of your time and help OLSHF by attending an eyeglass sorting party at our LERC warehouse! Contact Tracy Brown, LERC Manager, at Tracy@OLSHF.org with questions or to schedule a time to help.
+ Donate Stock
Your financial broker can assist you in making a stock, securities or year end gift. Talk to your broker and they can work with our staff, Nick Mandarano, VP of Development & Marketing, (Nick@OLSHF.org) to securely set up the transfer.
+ Donor Advised Fund
If you have a donor advised fund, consider making a fund recommendation to OLSHF to help support our mission. Talk to your financial advisor for more details or contact Nick Mandarano, VP of Development & Marketing, (Nick@OLSHF.org) for DAF questions.
+ Planned Giving
Planned giving programs allow you to take control of your assets and create a legacy. You can create an extraordinary legacy that will always be remembered with thoughtful planning. PRIDE stands for Prestigious Recurring Individual Donor Entourage but it’s actually a way for donors to make convenient monthly gifts to sustain our sight and hearing saving programs. 100% of your donation funds direct service programs through student vision screenings, eyeglass and hearing aid assistance, as well as surgeries and treatments.
Did you know OLSHF serves over 200,000 children, adults, and seniors each year? Your regular gift of any amount makes this possible. Most of our PRIDE members elect to donate a small amount each month. Not only does this provide help like this to those who need it the most, but it ensures your foundation continues to save the sight and hearing of those in need. Click here to learn more!
